I'm LOVING exploring Ingrid (the character I created), having access to her, and what I love most about her right now is that she has NO BAGGAGE in this area of life that has been weighing me down for so long. I felt a noticeable difference in myself on Monday. It was like having access to Ingrid, without the weight of the generations of legacy of bad behavior in this area that I feel I have inherited, I suddenly had access to endless energy! Totally surprised me. "

"Handing things over to my new character Rebecca is a relief - she gets my daughter to the bus on time, teeth brushed, and vacuums the house before may daughter and my husband get home, after she has spent the day being creative and productive in her colorful studio. She has an unemotional objectivity that I need so badly right now. No, she says, that doesn't fly with me. No, I don't need to cry in front of you - I'll do that in private and get my thoughts together before we talk again. Rebecca is the one with both feet on the ground; she is balanced, ready, unmoved by the winds that swirl around her. I was afraid I would hate her or be envious of her, but now that I've begun to embody her, I realize how much she is already me - or I am already Rebecca."

"I just wanted to say that I've finished a complete six month fitness transformation of my body. The results have been spectacular and I feel great and healthy. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish it without Bolt, the character we created to take over for me at the gym. My fitness regimen can sometimes include one hour of intense weight training and up to 90 minutes of cardio. During this training, most of which has occurred in the early morning hours at 5AM, there have been times I have wanted to stop, or to quit, feeling that I've done enough for the day. This has been a habit in my fitness training for a long time. Bolt doesn't have those feelings, Bolt wants to push forward, wants to achieve new levels of fitness, beat his times and finish strong. The concrete work we did in visualizing this character helped me to create a better and more fit me."
